Your Tasks
Overall responsibility and management of the Rote Wand Restaurant with up to 200 covers daily
Perfect implementation of the gourmet philosophy
Close coordination with the management and other relevant departments, such as kitchen and reception
Ongoing implementation of new (“old”) service concepts, such as flambéing, carving, organizing and adhering to all service processes to ensure smooth operations
Management of the entire service team with up to 20 employees, induction, training and further education of the personnel
Aim to bring to life the new Rote Wand gourmet concept, consisting of our Rote Wand breakfast served on the board, the bistro at lunchtime and the fine dining experience in the evening
