Let’s celebrate the beginning of summer together, for the fourth time. Arrive, take a breath, see familiar faces and meet new ones. For four days, it’s all about what matters: good food, time outdoors, and being together, relaxed, yet with substance.
On Thursday, we begin with the Welcome Night. A first glass, aperitif and finger food. As the evening unfolds, it moves between places: at Dinner Roulette, Guglielmo Chiarapini and Francesco Dolcetta (FEG Kitchen) as well as Laura Santosuosso (Sandi Ristorante) cook at the Friends and Fools Lounge. At the same time, Julian Stieger hosts the Chef’s Table, all accompanied by wines from Weinskandal.
Friday starts slow, with yoga and a mountain breakfast at Zuger Alpe. In the afternoon, things pick up: DJ sets by Pia Fetz, Thai street food by Pat Schindler, pétanque, and wines from Marto Wines, Vin de La Gamba and Katharina Gessl. Jana Polak captures the moment in live portraits. In the evening, we move on to BBQ and a flying buffet by Jamie Unshelm and Florian Armbruster (Rote Wand).
Saturday begins again with yoga. Afterwards, we work with our hands in the woodcut workshop with Janine Rogen, calm, focused, tactile. In the evening, Mochi takes over the fire kitchen at Zuger Säge.
On Sunday, we gather once more for breakfast before it’s time to say goodbye.
There will be food, drinks, making, dancing, laughter, shared with good people, good wines, and just the right sense of ease. At the Rote Wand. In summer. Right now.
