Weingut Markowitsch in Göttlesbrunn, Carnuntum, focuses on precise wines made from Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Gerhard and Johanna Markowitsch emphasize the differences in terroir and work sustainably and organically.

On March 24, Johanna Markowitsch will join us to pour her wines. In perfect harmony, we will serve a multi-course menu – a delightful evening with exceptional wines and delicious food!

On March 25, N25 Caviar will be our special guest at Rote Wand, promising an evening of culinary excellence! At the Rote Wand Chef’s Table, Julian Stieger will create an extraordinary menu, refined with the exquisite N25 Caviar.

N25 stands for innovation, precision, and individuality—the ultimate expression of caviar at its finest. Sourced from the 25th northern parallel, N25 benefits from an exceptional terroir: high-altitude mountains, pristine spring water, and an optimal climate for sturgeon. These unique conditions allow N25 to continuously strive for perfection and set new standards for this beloved delicacy.

Drink and Dine with Hausbar Wien

Monday, April 7, 2025, at 6.30 pm.

In 2021, HAUSBAR became the first fine dining location of the “WiR Group.” The concept: Dinner & Drinks, where each drink enhances the dish, and vice versa. The menu, created by Executive Chef Oliver Mohl and Head Chef Mario Ulrich, focuses on seasonal, regional vegetarian dishes. The close collaboration between the kitchen and the bar creates a unique tasting experience.

In April, HAUSBAR will be our special guest for an exclusive pop-up evening at Rote Wand. The Dinner & Drinks experience offers seasonal, regional vegetarian dishes, perfectly paired with creative cocktails.

Wine and Dine with Weingut Werlitsch

Monday, April 14, 2025, at 6.30 pm.

For 20 years, Brigitte and Ewald Tscheppe have managed the Demeter farm Werlitsch. On 8 hectares, they produce Ex vero Cuvées from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, focusing on soil and origin – vibrant wines that bear the signature of nature.

On April 14, 2025, we are pleased to welcome Brigitte and Ewald Tscheppe from Weingut Werlitsch to Rote Wand. Their unique biodynamic wines will be the focus of this special evening. While we create the perfect menu to accompany their wines, they will pour their wines personally and share their philosophy, which centers on the character of the soil, nature, and origin.
