Koschina & Friends has been a long-standing event at the Rote Wand. A format that has evolved over the years and is taking on a new shape for the first time this season.
Together with Dieter Koschina and a selection of leading chefs, the weekend begins on Sunday evening with a shared fondue in the Stuben. One table where everyone comes together. Hosts and guests alike.
On Monday evening, the kitchen spreads throughout the house. At Dinner Roulette, you move from station to station, from course to course. A seated dinner in motion, accompanied by Champagne.
In between, there’s time for being outdoors, for conversations, and for enjoying the moment.
A weekend that feels familiar and yet entirely new.
