You have a keen sense for the needs of our guests and are there to help and advise them.
Your tasks …
Independent management of your station during service, including preparation (mise en place) and follow-up.
Warm and professional service to guests, including advising and serving food and drinks.
Ensuring the smooth running of the half-board and à la carte service.
Providing guests with expert advice on wine selection (if you have the relevant knowledge).
By setting an example, you motivate and support your colleagues and maintain an open and respectful relationship with each other.
Maintaining and helping to shape the high service and quality standards in the restaurant.
Your experience and personality are that certain something …
You have completed training in the catering industry or have comparable qualifications.
You have several years of professional experience in service.
You have a strong awareness of quality and offer our guests first-class service.
You have an open and respectful manner and a well-groomed appearance.
You are stress-resistant and able to solve challenges efficiently and constructively.
You have a good command of German and English, other languages are an advantage.
