Wine and Dine with Niko Dukan (Vinas Mora)

Vinas Mora is the joint project of Krešo Petreković, Niko Dukan, and Primošten winemaker Neno Marinov. Five natural cuvées, one vinification – the terroir tells the story.
Niko Dukan, wine expert, globetrotter, and one of the creative minds behind Karakterre, will personally bring these expressive wines to us at the Rote Wand.
Jamie Unshelm will prepare a multi-course menu to accompany the evening, while Niko pours the matching cuvées. An evening full of character, energy, and personality.

Mikael Svensson, founder of Kontrast in Oslo — awarded two Michelin stars and a Green Michelin Star — is known for his creative use of local, wild, and organic ingredients, as well as his commitment to sustainability and fermentation.
Together with Julian Stieger, also awarded 2 toques, he creates a Four Hands Dinner full of innovation, depth of flavour, and culinary finesse — an evening that combines fine dining with creative experimentation.

Thomas Meinecke is an author, musician, and DJ who has been publishing novels and short stories with Suhrkamp Verlag since the 1980s — most recently Odenwald (2024). With his band F.S.K., he combines discourse and sound in a unique way.

Bettina Kraus is a professor and architect, leading the Berlin-based office B KRAUS Z and teaching at ABK Stuttgart. Her work moves between architecture, research, and societal space.

Magdalena Frauenberg is an artist living between Düsseldorf, Brussels, and Tyrol. In 2024, she was a master student at the Düsseldorf Art Academy, with her next exhibition opening on March 5th 2026 at Kunstraum Innsbruck.

Beer and Dine with Stiegl-Gut Wildshut

Stiegl-Gut Wildshut, Austria’s first organic beer estate, produces every beverage from grain to glass itself — beers, spirits, and malt lemonades are created with craftsmanship, knowledge, and sustainability.
On January 19th, Wildshut Ambassador Oliver Rehrl and the kitchen team led by Jamie Unshelm will create an evening that combines the aromatic diversity of the organic beer estate with the creative Rote Wand cuisine — an experience full of harmony, excitement, and enjoyment.

Pop Up Dinner with Gürmet

Mete Gür and Sarah Lange run the stand “Gürmet Wein & Meze am Markt” at the traditional Viktualienmarkt in Munich. Here, guests enjoy contemporary vegan and vegetarian Turkish meze, created seasonally from fresh ingredients sourced sustainably from regional producers.

Pop Up Dinner with Pars Berlin
Monday, February 9th 2026, 6.30 p.m.
Pars, recently awarded its first Michelin star, is a place where art, craftsmanship, and creative cuisine merge into a sensual overall experience. Under the direction of Kristiane Kegelmann and head chef Florian Sperlhofer, purist, multi-layered dishes are created from regional ingredients, fermentation techniques, and delicate nuances.
On February 9th, Kristiane, Florian, and the team from Pars will bring their unique cuisine to the Rote Wand — an evening full of experimental spirit, culinary precision, and intense sensory experiences.

Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe combine passion, experience, and vision: since 2007, they have managed their estate biodynamically to preserve the vitality of their vineyards. Their wines are renowned worldwide and are considered expressions of character, origin, and the energy of their soils.
On February 23rd, they will bring these unique wines to the Rote Wand. An evening full of personality, harmony, and intense sensory experiences awaits — a journey into the world of lively, natural wines to be enjoyed with all your senses.

Four Hands Dinner Château de Raymontpierre x Rote Wand Culinary Lab
Monday, March 2nd 2026, 6.30 p.m.
At Château de Raymontpierre, Sydney Karolewski and Timon Wolf naturally combine hospitality and craftsmanship. Timon cooks without a fixed menu — what the estate, garden, and Jura forest provide at the moment is transformed into fine dishes. Using techniques such as fermentation and preservation, they turn simple ingredients into nuanced creations that merge rustic authenticity with modern refinement.
We are thrilled to welcome Sydney and Timon to the Rote Wand, where together with Jamie Unshelm they will create a dreamlike menu.

Feuerdrache is a culinary circus from Hamburg — wild, creative, and full of fire. After their 2024 pop-up in St. Pauli, the team toured Europe, cooking at wineries, restaurants, and private events, drawing inspiration from people, places, and flavors. Their style: bold, playful, boundless — sometimes spicy, always hot.
We are incredibly excited to welcome Marc, Lion, Marianus, and Aaron to the Rote Wand in March for an evening guaranteed to be full of energy, creativity, and fire.

Wine and Dine with WEINSTEIN FINEWINE x Champagne Marguet x Domaine Rapet x La Morra

Experience an extraordinary evening with Benoit Marguet, a representative of the youngest generation of the Marguet house, who creates unique champagnes with a biodynamic philosophy, minimal intervention, and spiritual mindfulness. Joining him are Domaine Rapet from the Côte de Beaune, offering characterful Burgundies, and Cesare Bussolo from La Morra, a master of Barolo, combining traditional and modern techniques to produce elegant, complex, and long-lived wines.
Jamie Unshelm will craft an exciting menu that perfectly complements the diversity and depth of these exceptional wines. An evening full of character, terroir, and personality — a symphony of extraordinary wines from France and Italy, bearing the signature of passionate winemakers.

Poliphonia is a natural wine restaurant in Georgia, creatively interpreting wild, seasonal, and local ingredients. Like in a polyphony, the team strives for tension and harmony — and now they bring this energy to the Rote Wand.

Martin and Marion Pranzegg, together with their family and team, manage their estate around the Bozen basin biodynamically and with great attention to detail. Their steep vineyards form the basis for characterful natural wines that authentically reflect the soil, climate, and craftsmanship.
