We are turning our vision into reality – with our heads, hands, hearts and guts.

With our heads, our brains, because this is about developing new ideas, and about sharing them – in our futuristic Culinary Lab, our Cookery School with room for research and experimenting, and in workshops by the crème de la crème of international chefs.

With our hands, because we want to revive – and advance – the agricultural roots of Rote Wand on our own farm. There will be sheep and goats, gardens for veggies and herbs, there will be berries and salad, rustic alpine potatoes and maybe even our own ancient alpine wheat.

And with our hearts, because we burn for these ideas like a bunch of love-drunk fools.

With our – for your – guts we plan to produce our own hearty bacon, tasty cheese and soft and crispy butter croissants in our in-house Charcuterie, Fromagerie and Bakery. Ready to be savoured in the sunshine with some strong, amazing coffee. For that one-of-a-kind gut feeling.
