It’s become a little tradition by now: for the third time, we’re kicking off the winter season together with our friends from Newcomer Wines. And we couldn’t imagine a better way to start.
From 3 to 7 December, Rote Wand will once again become a meeting place for international chefs, winemakers and friends who share our passion for good food, exceptional wines and new ideas.
We’ll cook together, open special bottles, discover new flavours and spend time with each other. Sometimes over a relaxed dinner, sometimes over an extraordinary menu, but always with a shared love of what we do.
The programme includes our Dinner Roulette, two Signature Dinners, a wine fair with Newcomer Wines and a final evening together with Bar Brutal from Barcelona.
Five days, four nights and plenty of good reasons to start the winter with us in Zug.
