Winter on the Arlberg doesn’t need any major introduction

As the cradle of alpine skiing and as the home of great skiing legends, the Arlberg doesn’t require any great hymns of praise.

Those familiar with the Ski Arlberg region already know: with 305km of perfect slopes and 88 modern cable cars and lifts, this isn’t only the biggest skiing area in Austria – it is the best skiing area in the world! Incidentally, this is a conclusion also officially confirmed just before the start of the 2017 winter season.

Yet if, despite all this, you don’t feel the need to check out the deep snow-covered slopes by ski, you can enjoy any other of the countless opportunities offered by the enchanting winter landscape in Zug / Lech am Arlberg.
