Experience first-hand how Max Natmessnig – who is perhaps one of the most talented chefs in the whole of the Alps – along with his team compose, create, stage, dress and serve a meal of between 16 and 19 courses made from mainly regional products before your very eyes. On top of it, enjoy a unique dinner at the historical Walserhaus “Klösterle” in Zug where Jakob Zeller and Ethel Hoon return to the essential elements that make for a memorable meal- the sharing of time, company and of food.
