From alpine breakfast served on the board to the various gourmet dinner menus and regional delicacies in the Rote Wand Stuben, Bernhard and his team will spoil us with culinary delights.
Tobias Schöpf | 34 Years
Head of Rote Wand Manufactory
Following the principle “from garden to table” Tobias is responsible for the Rote Wand gardens, the manufactory, the Rote Wand foraging concept, the shop production and the cooking classes and shows as part of Friends and Fools.
Jamie Unshelm | 27 Years
Head of Rote Wand Culinary Lab
Jamie works on the most intense flavors using the latest technology. Fermenting, experimenting, researching and developing as part of our latest project.
Julian Stieger | 28 Years
Chef Rote Wand Chef’s Table
Together with his team he composes, creates and stages unforgettable culinary highlights from mainly regional products at the Rote Wand Chef’s Table at the Schualhus.
