March Review & April Preview

Easter break with fresh snow & new awards

March is slowly but surely coming to an end – but not yet winter! In the past few days it has snowed again properly. Half a meter. And there were also great awards for our two restaurants Rote Wand Chef’s Table and Rote Wand Stuben. This is how we like to start the month of April!

Spontaneous time out on the mountain

Whether it’s deep-snow bliss or a corn snow dream, spring skiing at the Arlberg has many great surprises in store for you. Afterwards you can make yourself comfortable on our sun terrace with a buttermilk shredded pancake or in our wellness area and a sauna session. To end the day properly, a great gourmet offer awaits you in our hotel, our Rote Wand Stuben, at the Rote Wand Chef’s Table and in our brand new Friends and Fools Lounge.

Great awards for Rote Wand Chef’s Table and Rote Wand Stuben in the new A la Carte & Falstaff Restaurant Guide 2023

We are really pleased that our new chef Julian Stieger & team, who took over the management of the Rote Wand Chef’s Table in October 2022, was awarded 96 points in the new A la Carte Restaurant Guide 2023 and 97 points in the Falstaff Guide 2023, which was published yesterday! In both restaurant guides, we thus occupy first place in the province of Vorarlberg and are Austria-wide in each case among the top 10 restaurants. CHAPEAU & congratulations to Julian and the entire team on this insanely strong performance!

Our Rote Wand Stuben, with chef Bernhard Resch & team, is also once again among the best restaurants in the country. We would also like to congratulate our young, motivated and creative team for this impressive achievement!

Anyone who has now become curious, still has the opportunity until April 15th to enjoy culinary delights at the Rote Wand Chef’s Table and our Rote Wand Stuben.

Friends and Fools Spring Festival

Our first multi-day Friends and Fools event, Spring Feast, took place last weekend from Thursday, March 23rd to Sunday, March 26th. And it was really awesome. A big THANK YOU to all participants and guests!

Dinner Menu by Bernhard Resch and Talk by Christian Seiler & Toni Innauer to an unforgettable weekend with Tea Ceremony by Philip Baldrich, Live Music by Benny Omerzell & Martin Eberle, Talk by Christian Seiler & Josef Weghaupt, Slope Food a la Barbecue Chicken by Josef-Martin & Valentin Walch and Banh mi by Anna Scheffler, Rianne Stout, Sissy Rainer and Lina Humml, Fragrance and Essences Workshop by Elisabeth Graf-Breidenbrücker and Alexander Ehrmann, Beats by Pia Fetz, Bubbles & Natural Wines by Moritz Herzog, Dinner Radius by Tobias Schöpf, Jamie Unshelm & Rianne Stout and Dinner Invers by Jamie Lee & Jan Hugel from Kødbyens Fiskebar Copenhagen – all captured by Ingo Pertramer.
