Immerse yourself in the world of fermentation, seltzer, craft & flavors. Into the world of Friends and Fools. Tobias Schöpf, head of Rote Wand Manufaktur and Jamie Unshelm, head of Rote Wand Culinary Lab, will present you what is possible with alpine products & tastes. In many smaller workshops, masterclasses incl. dinner & wine tastings you will be introduced to topics like fermentation, production, manufacture of regional and alpine products and much more.
