Friends and Fools Cookery Classes SUMMER
Every Tuesday at 4 pm.
Immerse yourself in the world of fermentation, simmering, craftsmanship & flavors. In the world of Friends and Fools. Tobias Schöpf, head of Rote Wand Manufaktur and Jamie Unshelm head of Culinary Lab will be cooking together with you the summer in the mountains.
We would like to tell and show you in which ingredients and products we taste the summer in the mountains. Starting with a walk to the Zug fish pond, we then go to collect herbs in the meadows and our vegetable field – which will be visited, as well as explained – then we process and cook the collected products together in our Friends and Fools Lounge.
