A cookie a day, keeps the Christmas stress away!

Ingredients for Vanilla Tops

250g flour

250g butter

100g powdered sugar

1 sachet vanilla sugar

1 whole egg

120g grated almonds

1 pinch salt

powdered sugar for sprinkling

 

And here we go…

Beat butter with icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until it gets foamy. Add the egg. Slowly mix the sifted flour with the grated almonds. Train the finished mixture with the skin pass bag and a large perforated spout to a summit shape. Bake the biscuits at 190 degrees for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and icing sugar immediately after baking.
