Overall responsibility and management of the Rote Wand Chef’s Table
Perfect implementation of the gourmet philosophy
Close coordination with the management and other relevant areas such as kitchen and reception
Ongoing implementation of new (“old”) service concepts, such as flambéing, carving, organizing and adhering to all service processes to ensure smooth operations
Management of the service team, induction, training and further education of the staff
Compliance with hygiene standards
