Your tasks
Responsibility for all revenue & reservation activities (online as well as offline): Planning, supervision and implementation of sales activities
Creation of offers and reservations
Planning of price structure and package creation
Rate maintenance and maintenance of master data in PM system (Protel) and Channel Managers (Synxis)
Assistance with in-house marketing measures and reception
Support of the front office team
Data maintenance and CRM in cooperation with Marketing
Co-creation of the quality and complaints management
Further development of the company in terms of quality and innovation management
