We are looking for a night porter (m/f/d) who would like to take on a position in our hotel with enthusiasm and commitment.

As a night porter, you ensure that our guests are well looked after and satisfied, even at night.
You always remain calm and composed, even when things get hectic at night.
You prepare your shift and ensure that the front office is tidy and well-organised at the end of your shift.
Your tasks …
Check-in and check-out
Active sales, creating reservations and maintaining master data
Guest correspondence in German and English
Reception of guests and looking after them
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
General office work
Co-responsible for optimal capacity utilisation and sales of all hotel services
Your experience and personality are that certain something …
You have completed training in the hotel industry or have comparable qualifications
You have several years of professional experience in the hotel & catering industry
You have a strong awareness of quality, with which you offer our guests first-class service
You cultivate open and respectful manners and have a positive appearance
You are stress-resistant and have the ability to recognise problems in good time and solve them efficiently and constructively
You have a good command of German and English, other languages are an advantage
You are confident with MS Office programmes and hotel management software
