Your tasks
Responsibility for all administrative tasks at the reception (check in & out, offers etc.)
Coordination of the processes at the reception desk
Friendliness & competence in dealing with guests & colleagues
Responsible for compliance with standards
Collaboration in the creation of arrangements
Preparation of duty rosters & vacation schedules
Preparation of offers and reservation confirmations
Coordination and execution of house tours
Correspondence & telephone acquisition
Support of the front office team
Co-creation of the quality and complaint management
