For our hotel restaurant and our 3-toque restaurant, the Rote Wand Stuben, we are looking for a Demi-Chef de Partie for the areas of Saucier, Entremetier and Gardemanger.

Your tasks …
Supporting the kitchen team (saucier, entremetier or gardemanger), including the preparation (mise en place) and post-processing of dishes.
Compliance with hygiene standards.
Cost-conscious use and timely request of all materials used.
Careful and professional storage and use of raw materials and products.
Ensuring that all food in your area is fresh and perfectly prepared to provide our guests with a first-class culinary experience.
Skilfully preparing and presenting dishes to the highest quality standards.
YOUR experience and personality are that certain something …
You have trained as a chef and already have several years of experience in the kitchen, ideally in one of the areas of saucier, entremetier or gardemanger.
You are a real team player and enjoy working in a team at the highest level.
Together with your team, you ensure smooth processes and a clean, well-organised kitchen.
You have a good command of German and English; other language skills are an advantage.
