We are looking for a house technician (m/f/d) who will take on the maintenance and care of our gourmet hotel with joy and commitment.

With your positive charisma and your manual skills, you will ensure that our hotel is always in top condition.
You are an all-rounder and love to repair and maintain things and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
You have a keen sense of what needs to be done and tackle problems head on.
Your tasks …
Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of all technical systems and facilities in the building.
Carrying out minor repairs as well as maintaining and cleaning the outdoor facilities.
Supervision and control of the building services, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities.
Coordinating and supervising external tradesmen for major repairs or conversions.
Support in the preparation and realisation of events, including setting up and dismantling equipment.
Responsibility for stocking and ordering materials and spare parts.
Compliance with safety regulations and regular inspections in order to recognise potential sources of danger at an early stage.
Care and maintenance of machines and tools so that they are always ready for use.
YOUR experience and personality are that certain something …
You have completed vocational training in a trade (e.g. as an electrician, plumber, fitter) or have comparable qualifications.
You have several years of professional experience in a skilled trade, ideally as a caretaker or in building services.
You have a strong technical understanding and a high level of manual dexterity.
You work independently, reliably and are able to prioritise correctly.
You are stress-resistant and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You have a good command of German, knowledge of English is an advantage.
You are a team player who likes to get stuck in and actively contribute to the company.
