YOUR new responsibilities…
Supporting the kitchen team (saucier, entremetier, or garde-manger), including preparation (mise en place) and post-service duties.
Maintaining hygiene standards at all times.
Using materials cost-effectively and ordering them in a timely manner.
Careful and proper storage and handling of raw materials and products.
Ensuring that all dishes in your area are prepared fresh and perfectly, providing our guests with a first-class culinary experience.
Skilled preparation and appealing presentation of dishes to the highest quality standards.
YOUR experience and personality make the difference …
You have completed training as a chef and already have several years of kitchen experience, ideally in one of the areas of saucier, entremetier, or garde-manger.
You are a true team player and love working in a high-level kitchen environment.
Together with your team, you ensure smooth operations and a clean, well-organized kitchen.
You have good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
