For our hotel and our 3-toques-restaurant, the Rote Wand Stuben, we are looking for a Chef Patissier. You will support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all desserts and pastries.

As a trained pastry chef you actively support your team in all areas and have an eye for detail?

Careful and professional storage and use of raw materials and products
Support in ordering ingredients from our regional partners
