Your tasks …
Supporting the patisserie team, including the preparation (mise en place) and finishing of desserts.
Ensure that all dessert and patisserie products are fresh and perfectly prepared to provide our guests with a first-class culinary experience.
Skilfully prepare and present desserts and patisserie to the highest quality standards.
Maintaining and contributing to the high kitchen and quality standards in the patisserie area in close co-operation with the head chef.
Your experience and personality are the certain something …
You have completed training in the kitchen or have a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in the kitchen, ideally in patisserie
You are a real team player and enjoy working in a team at the highest level
Together with your team, you ensure smooth processes and a clean, well-organised kitchen
You have a good command of German and English; other language skills are an advantage
