We are looking for a Chef de Partie for our 4-Toques restaurant, the Rote Wand Chef’s Table at Schualhus. Under the direction of Max Natmessnig, who is one of the greatest young talents in Europe, unique gourmet creations are conjured up on the plates and a smile on the faces of our guests. As Chef de Partie you work hand in hand in a small team that creates, stages, arranges and serves culinary highlights from mainly regional products in front of the guests.

You have completed training as a chef and have already gained some experience?
You are a team player and love to work in a small team at the highest level?
You are enthusiastic about live cooking, international cuisine and new food concepts?

Together with your team you ensure smooth processes, a clean kitchen.
You stand for the high level of our food and are interested in new processing techniques?
As a trained Chef de Partie you actively support your team in all areas and have an eye for detail?
