Your tasks …
Coordination of the daily bar activities
Warm and professional service for our guests and looking after them during their stay
As a role model, you motivate, support and encourage your colleagues and maintain an open and respectful relationship with each other
Creating and customising drinks menus and advising guests on their selection
Planning and organising special events and drinks services
Creating duty rosters for the bar team
Carrying out daily accounts and inventories
Interdepartmental communication and coordination as well as support for the service team
Your experience and personality are that certain something …
You have completed training in the catering sector or have a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience in the catering industry, ideally in a managerial bar position
Your pronounced quality awareness ensures that our guests experience first-class service
You cultivate open and respectful manners and always present yourself professionally
You are stress-resistant and able to recognise challenges at an early stage and deal with them in a solution-oriented manner
You have a good command of German and English; other languages are an advantage
Your excellent communication and leadership skills enable you to effectively manage and motivate a bar team
