Antara is a modern movement concept that deals intensively with the posture and movement sequences of people. During the training units, the deepest muscle layer of the upper body – the Core System – is placed in the centre. This strengthens the back and abdominal muscles and creates an attractive posture. At the same time Antara is responsible for functional breathing.

Please contact our reception team at any time for outdoor exercise support as well as for Pilates and Antara sessions. Whether it’s cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or nordic walking – with Uli Alber as your personal health coach you can improve techniques and increase your fitness.
