Rates
The aforementioned daily rates (excluding local tax of € 2.40 per person, per day from 15 years of age) are per person per day based on two people sharing a double room, including half board and afternoon snack. The rates for the alpine suite are per night (for maximum four people). In the family lodge and the family suite, the third and fourth persons each pay 50% of the daily rate.
Package deal rates
The aforementioned package deal rates (excluding local tax of € 2.40 per person, per day from 15 years of age) are per person, per day based on two people sharing a double room, for 7 nights including half board, afternoon snack and 6-day ski pass. In the Rote Wand family lodge and in the Rote Wand family suite, the third and fourth persons each pay 50% of the accommodation rate.
Our children’s rates apply per child, per night, with two fully-paying adults. Accommodation in their parents’ room:
- children up to 5: free of charge
- from 6 to 9, between € 67 and € 90
- from 10 to 14, between € 89 and € 115
- from 15 years of age, the adult rate applies
Additional bed: between € 113 and €137
Supplement for single room: between € 82 and € 140
One-off surcharge for New Year’s Eve:
- per adult: € 160
- per child up to 9: € 90
- per child from 9: € 160
Dogs: Your four-legged friends are also welcome in our establishment – both in the rooms and in our lounge area. We charge € 25 per day, excluding pet food. For very long-haired “best friends”, we charge a final cleaning fee of € 100. We hope for your understanding in this matter.
Conditions of cancellation: The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply to reservations.
- Up to 3 months before due date of arrival: free cancellation
- 3 months to 1 month before due date of arrival: 40% of the total amount
- 1 month to 7 days before due date of arrival: 70% of the total amount
- 7 days to the due date of arrival: 90% of the total amount
We recommend that you take out a hotel cancellation insurance policy via the Europäische Reiseversicherung. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific room number or storey within the booked category.
Check-in: from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 11 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest
Room reservations are only fixed bookings upon receipt of the deposit.
